OK I'm not very good in the theory department and from what you're saying it does seem that you've taken all the hints & clues that have been dropped our way so I am going to say -hmmm interesting. ep 15 can't come soon enough-
When you suggest PapaPetrelli faked his death does it mean no one knows aout this fake death and that the Petrellis are unaware of it?
Unfortunately I just realised that I read somewhere that Claire & Peter are not siblings. I can't recall is Milo said it or someone else but I'll try to hunt the link down.
